LINC Directory – Frequently Asked Questions

What is the LINC Directory?

The LINC Directory is the first platform designed exclusively to connect attorneys with licensed nurses for Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs). Attorneys can search for qualified observers by state, specialty, or language — and nurses gain a professional way to showcase their services and connect directly with law firms.

Case LINC is a feature of the LINC Directory. It’s a secure posting board where attorneys can list specific IME observer needs (date, time, and location), and qualified nurse observers can respond directly.

Attorneys and case managers: Access is always free.

Nurses: Any licensed nurse can create a listing, with tiered membership options for added visibility and features.

For Attorneys: Searching and posting on Case LINC are free.

For Nurses: Membership plans range from Basic to Premium, depending on the level of exposure and features you want.

Attorneys search the directory or post a case in Case LINC.

Nurses are notified if the posting matches their state/license.

Nurses respond with availability, credentials, and fees.

Attorneys select the observer that best fits their case.

No. Attorneys and nurses arrange payment directly. The directory provides the connection, not billing or escrow.

Yes. Only registered attorneys and nurses see postings. Contact details are shared directly between the parties and never made public

Attorneys: Fast, reliable access to nurse observers without agencies or gatekeepers.

Nurses: A professional platform to showcase your credentials and attract IME opportunities.

Both: Direct connection, clear communication, and a community built exclusively for IME work.

Yes — but agencies must purchase an Agency Tier membership.

Any agency, business, or group using an individual nurse tier (Basic, Enhanced, or Premium) to advertise multiple observers will be considered in violation of directory policy. Listings found misrepresenting agency work under non-agency tiers are subject to immediate revocation with no refunds.

This ensures fairness for solo nurses and transparency for attorneys.
