By creating a listing or posting within the LINC Directory, you agree to the following terms:

Professional Use Only – This platform is designed for licensed nurses and attorneys involved in Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs). All members must represent themselves accurately and professionally.

Membership Integrity – Individual membership tiers (Basic, Enhanced, Premium) are for solo nurse observers only. Agencies or groups must purchase an Agency Tier. Any agency using a non-agency tier will have its listings revoked without refund.

Privacy & Compliance – Users may not post patient identifiers, medical record numbers, or any protected health information. Posts should remain de-identified and general in nature.

Payment & Refund Policy – The LINC Directory facilitates connections only. All financial agreements are handled directly between attorneys and nurses. Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.

Conduct & Moderation – Respectful, professional communication is expected. The LINC Directory reserves the right to remove any post or profile that violates these terms or undermines the integrity of the platform. By joining, you acknowledge these terms and agree to uphold the standards of professionalism that keep this directory trusted and valuable.
